The cry of alarm continues  and  extends into a sleeping, waking, walking call to ring the bell in the center of town to wake the people to something terrible, unimaginable happening.  This is the late term abortion angle I had fears about, this is what I suspected as a subterranean intention for the bill passing in New York and several more states as of this writing.
